He does nothing to create jobs or opportunities for young people.
After 22 years, Ward 7 has no youth employment programs, no apprenticeship partnerships, and no real plan. Young residents are forced to leave the ward to find work.
Residents can't get answers. He's not here when you need him.
Constituents report going weeks without a response from his office. Town halls are rare, and when held, concerns are dismissed. Perruzza's office has one of the lowest response rates among Toronto councillors.
Your tax dollars are wasted on projects that don't matter.
Millions in discretionary funds have been spent on vanity projects with no measurable community benefit. Meanwhile essential infrastructure like road repairs and community centres are chronically underfunded.
Dangerous streets. Broken sidewalks. Neglected parks. Still not a priority.
Ward 7 consistently ranks among the worst in Toronto for road quality and sidewalk maintenance. Pothole complaints go unaddressed for months. Parks lack basic amenities and accessible pathways for seniors and families.
Too many tenants live in unsafe, unhealthy conditions with no support.
Renters in Ward 7 face mold, pest infestations, and broken heating with no advocacy from their councillor. Perruzza has voted against tenant protection measures and done nothing to address the growing housing affordability crisis.
He plays politics, creates division and doesn't listen to everyone.
Rather than uniting Ward 7's diverse communities, Perruzza uses wedge politics and selective engagement. Residents from minority communities report feeling ignored and sidelined from decisions that directly affect their neighbourhoods.
